How should you take Keftab?
The dosage is based on your medical condition, age and weight. Keftab will work better if the amount of medicine is kept in the same level. Take Keftab every 6 or 12 hours. If you experience stomach pain, take it with meal or juice. If you are using the suspension, measure the dosage with special measuring spoon, and shake well before using. Continue taking Keftab until the full prescribed amount is finished. Don’t stop taking Keftab without consulting with your doctor.
Patient should notify the doctor if they are diabetics, or have kidney problems.
If you miss a dose of Keftab, take it as soon as you remember. Make some notes and inform your doctor. If you take Keftab 2 times in a day, take the missed dose in a 6 hours interval, and then continue your regular dosing schedule.
